Refund Policy
Fees, Billing, and No-Refund Policy
1. One-Time Setup Fee:
Upon enrollment, a non-refundable setup fee of $2.99 will be charged to your selected payment method. This fee covers administrative costs and account initialization and is considered fully earned upon payment.
2. Monthly Subscription Fee:
By signing up, you authorize a recurring monthly charge of $1.99. This fee will be automatically billed to your account every [30 days/calendar month] on your billing anniversary date.
3. No-Refund Policy:
Except as required by law, all payments—including the setup fee and all monthly subscription dues—are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service, periods of inactivity, or if you cancel your membership before the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Cancellation and Auto-Renewal:
Your membership will automatically renew each month until cancelled. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours/2 days before your renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Account Settings Page or by contacting our support team at contactus@classroom128.com
5. Access After Cancellation:
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to member benefits until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be applied to your account following successful cancellation.
6. Modification of Policy
This policy can be changed at any time by posting updates on the company website.
